These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Equipment Rental Webhook ("the App"), a private business automation tool operated by Elliott Jempty ("we," "us," or "the Operator"). By accessing or authorizing the App to act on your Google account, you agree to these Terms.
The App receives webhook notifications from DocuSeal when a rental agreement is signed and writes a record of that rental into the Operator's own Google Workspace (Sheets, Calendar, Contacts, Drive). When the renter selects credit-card payment, the App also creates a Stripe invoice. The App is operated solely for the Operator's internal business use.
The App is intended for use by the Operator only. Renters interact with the underlying rental contract on DocuSeal and, when applicable, with Stripe's payment page; they do not have accounts in the App and these Terms do not create such an account.
When the Operator authorizes the App via Google OAuth 2.0, the App is granted permission to write rental records into the Operator's own Google Sheets, Calendar, Contacts, and Drive. The Operator may revoke that authorization at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

The App relies on services provided by Google, Stripe, and DocuSeal. Each of those services is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the availability or behavior of those third-party services.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Operator does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from access to or use of the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the App or your violation of these Terms.
The Operator may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. The Operator may also discontinue operation of the App entirely at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the App will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Williamson County, Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
